The Summary Notifications feature helps you stay on top of any new incoming feedback related to one of your subjects of interest. We'll show you how to set them up and start receiving summaries in your inbox or on Slack so you never miss a thing:
Important Tip 👉🏽 Our Summary Notifications are currently based on saved views. That means you must create a saved view to enable notifications for it. To see how to create a saved view, read this article.
There are two ways of enabling notifications: from an existing saved view or from a new one.
1. Setting up a summary notification from an existing saved view
You can turn on Summary Notifications for an existing view from your Saved Views menu. To do that, follow these simple steps:
1.1. Open a Saved Filter
To open a Saved Filter, click on the Filters button then select a Saved Filter.
1.2. Edit a Saved Filter
Click on the three dots from the Saved Filter and then click on Manage Notifications.
1.3. Set up your notifications
Select which Saved Views you want to turn notifications on for
Once it's on, you can define which emails or channels should receive the notifications and the frequency for each.
2. Setting up a summary notification from a new saved view
When saving a new view, you'll see the option of enabling notifications for it right away.
Once you turn it on, you'll see a notification and it will start running automatically on a weekly frequency to your email.
You can click on Go to settings or in the settings icon to edit your frequency or add new emails at any time.
