The feedback tab streamlines your reading and exploration of feedback through user-friendly filters and a search bar. Feedback threads are automatically summarized in this area, allowing you to easily access and read condensed versions. For instance, in the example below a conversation thread with 43 messages is summarized. Clicking on the "43 Messages" icon expands the summary into the full conversation for detailed review. Importantly, the AI extracts topics and relevant aspects from these summaries, ensuring that our analyses are contextually accurate and aligned with the broader context of the conversation, rather than isolated bits of information.

Core elements

1. Explore Feedback

By clicking on the three dots in the top right-hand side area of each feedback, you will have the possibility of (1) archiving that feedback (In this case, the feedback will no longer count as active feedback when analyzing the figures) or (2) checking all the details related to each feedback, i.e.: its properties, custom fields, topics or keywords.

2. Activate 'Amy' our Chat Assistant
