This integration is dedicated to import Conversations data from your Intercom account.
In order to authorize Birdie integration to collect data from your Intercom account, you will have to provide a valid Access Token.
To create an Access Token, follow these steps:
Access your Account Settings page
Access the Developer Hub page, within Apps and Integration menu
Select or create a new Integration App (to help you manage integrations)
Access your Integration App and click on the Authentication menu
Copy/Paste this Access token to setup Intercom integration in Birdie
(ps.: make sure you copy all the characters, including this = (equal sign) at the end of it. Double clicking to select all will ignore the equal sign.
