Birdie integrates with the Google Play Store to bring your app reviews directly into Birdie.
Step 1
Visit the Google Play Store of the specific country and language where you intend to provide feedback for the app.
💡 Pro tip: visit the link https://play.google.com/store/games?hl=XXX and where it says XXX replace by language_country:
pt_BR for Brazil --> https://play.google.com/store/games?hl=pt_BR
en_US for United States --> https://play.google.com/store/games?hl=en_US
en_GB for Great Britain --> https://play.google.com/store/games?hl=en_GB
And so on...
Step 2
Click on Sources in the left sidebar, select Integrations, and click Google Play Store.
Step 3
Choose a name for the integration (This is how it will show in your filters), paste the link and select the country (it should auto-detect based on the code en_US)
Step 4
Click "Save and continue", scroll down, and select the start date to ingest your data, all other relevant fields are automatically mapped by the integration wizard;
Step 6
That´s it, click on finish and wait until your feedback gets ingested.
