Birdie integrates with the Apple App Store to bring your app reviews directly into Birdie.
Step 1
Visit the Apple App Store of the specific country and language where you intend to provide feedback for the app.
💡 Pro tip: using your default search engine type the name of the app + Apple app store + country, your option should be the first, for example:
Disney Plus Apple App Store Apple Brasil --> https://apps.apple.com/br/app/disney/id1446075923
Disney Plus Apple App Store US --> https://apps.apple.com/us/app/disney/id1446075923
Disney Plus Apple App Store Apple Great Britain --> https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/disney/id1446075923
And so on...
Step 2
Click on Sources in the left sidebar, select Integrations, and click Apple App Store.
Step 3
Choose a name for the integration (This is how it will show in your filters), paste the link, and select the country (it should auto-detect based on the code US)
Step 4
Click "Save and continue", scroll down, and select the start date to ingest your data, all other relevant fields are automatically mapped by the integration wizard;
Step 5
That´s it, click on finish and wait until your feedback gets ingested.
