Our search bar can be used to help you explore and find keywords and feedback among vast amounts of data faster. See all the powerful functionalities of our search tool to help you get there.

1. Contextual search

Birdie's search bar is powered by the latest technology in search engines - contextual search. It differs from search tool engines based on traditional information retrieval that returns results based on a match to a query. Rather, contextual search attempts to increase your results getting you content that is used in a similar context to your search keyword.

Contextual search works better in complex searches, such as phrases or expressions like "easy to use" as the engine will have more context to work with.

2. Boolean operators

You can do a lot with a simple word search, but you can do a lot more with advanced searches using syntax elements. You have a full range of options in our search box to construct queries that will help you get to the most relevant inputs faster when classifying your feedback.
